Analytics cookies (only after consent). If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, I use Google Analytics 4 to see in an anonymized way how many people visit the site, where they come from, and which pages they view. Your IP address is masked. No advertising profiles, no retargeting.
Decline? Then no GA4 tag, no cookie, and I don't see your visit.
Contact form. When you send a message, I receive your name, email address, and your message (and optionally your company name). I use these to answer your question, and after that I keep them in my mailbox for up to 2 years for follow-up.
WYdoen bot. What you type in the chat bot goes to Anthropic (Claude) to answer your question. Anthropic does not retain those conversations for training. I cannot read them back.
No reselling. No newsletter without you signing up. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics.
You have the right to view, correct, or have your data deleted. Send an email to hallo@wydoen.be and it's handled within a few days.
Not happy with how I handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
